Flight Line Enterprise
Facility Project On Hold
As of today, the project has been
stalled.
I have exhausted all resources to seek out a potential
partner for the restaurant/catering side of the overall facility.
I’ve had a restaurant brokerage firm seeking both
locally and nationally to find a suitable partner so we can move forward on the
project, but have had no luck to date.
Without an entity to do the build-out, and operate
that portion of the building, we simply cannot secure the financing needed to
build the facility.
Our development agreement for the airport site with
the Metropolitan Airports Commission ended October 31st of 2019.
However; I continue to seek out a partner
who is currently in the restaurant/catering industry.
If a suitable one is found, we will create a new
development agreement with MAC and start the financing process to build the
facility.
I ended up having to close the aviation
retail store back in April of this year.
After I worked 10 hour days, 7 days a week, all
aspects of the business worked!
It simply did not work fast enough to stay ahead of
the financial power-curb.
Thank you to all of our share holders for
their initial investment and continued support in this company over the years.
Without your involvement, we would have never gotten as far as we did!
If you know of anyone who may be interested in investing
into the company or becoming a partner for the restaurant/catering portion,
please have them contact me as soon as possible.
